Digital Camera Allowed In Hand Luggage

Hand carry luggage for camera and diving equipment, i.e torch, dive comp etc. Got to trade off padding for protection against carrying capacity. 5 |

I have two of these locks, one for my camera case and one for my luggage! 5 |

This is the first digital camera that feels natural in my hand. I instantly felt all the comfort and skill's that I spent years building with my film cameras come rushing back. Going to sound cheese but this camera put me back in my happy place. 5 |

'not sure how useful my review is gonna be, as ive only just received the pelican and my judgement could still be clouded by the sense of excitement/anticipation i had while waiting for this thing to arrive (yes, excited by the prospect of receiving a plastic box with wheels, sad huh). anyway, its a perfect fit for my contax 645 body, 2 film backs, a polaroid back, light meter, plus 55, 80, 140 and 210mm (? I forget...long anyway) lenses. with room to spare for a couple of cheap little slave flashes and some batteries (though nothing else, I'm definitely at the limit). cant comment on whether it really is accepted by airlines as hand luggage as I havent been anywhere with it yet (and wont I be getting on ryan air with it, as they no longer seem to accept ANYTHING as hand luggage). everything looks well designed and sturdy, but dont quote me on that as it hasnt traveled further than a few meters across the apartment floor. the only nuisance ive found so far is that the velcro on the dividers almost works too d**n well, meaning its tricky to make adjustments to their position without them immediately attaching to one another regardless as to whether you actually wanted the thing stuck there or not. However, I dare say that I would find poor quality velcro which easily came un-stuck - sending one lens into collision with another - considerably more irritating, so I'll shut up. i feel i should point out that its not really all that lightwieght even when empty, but now that most airlines seem to have done away with carry-on weight-limits in favor of a size-limit this probably isnt such an issue. anyway, all in all very happy i bought it. but ask me again in a year... 5 |

This is my second 925 with dividers from B&H ..Case is Perfect Size Hand Carry in Field / On Location / Travel / Storage .. This Case will Hold ALL the Equipment a Physically Fit Individual can Comfortably Hand Carry .. Easily fits in Overhead Compartment for Airlines and is in Fact UNDER the Maximum size for Aircraft Carry on Luggage .. I use Leftover Cubefoam from my other Nanuk Cases to Pad and Fill and STIFFEN the interior empty spaces in case between Dividers and Case walls and Items .. This gives me SUBSTANTIALLY more RIGID interior Integrity .. I chose Graphite on this case for Travel & Urban use as it does Not draw Unwanted Attention the way a Yellow or Orange case does .. Graphite case Appears to be a Simple Luggage case rather than Screaming to would be thieves Expensive Photo Equipment Enclosed ! .. Love this Case .. You will Also .. You may even Buy More Than One ! 5 |

Travel a lot by train, car and airplane. The crate is the best! On the fly as it goes as hand luggage. 5 |

Commercial photographer, and I bought this for a compact hand luggage travel kit for portraits and other jobs that can be solved with a smaller setup. Love the size, the ring is like assembling tent poles and it even have a 1/4 (I think, I am European) fitting so that you can use it on tripods, and C-stands if you buy an adaper. (should have been included imo) The clips is a bit hard to clip on once you get to the end and get tension on the fabric, so expect a couple of minutes assembling it - and be aware that your fingers might hurt if you do this 20 times a day. But as a travel item? Totally super! Quality seems good also, not flingy at all. 5 |

Such a great bag After much deliberation bought the 30L one as wanted it to fit on flights as hand luggage (which even with most European ones that are usually quite strict it does - so long as you don’t have other luggage hanging off you too!) The right amount of pockets and partícula liked the not stupidly deep top pocket, which eliminates all grovelling around elbow deep to find a small item. Unlike a few that mentioned would like a separate laptop compartment without having to go into main zip - I found this really good, as extra security for starters, but you only have to undo the main zip a tad and then reach down into the easy-hand-access padded compartment where you keep it, so I don’t really see the need to have yet another zip on the outside for this. This also allows when you’ve the main back open in hotel room etc to just have bag lid propped up against wall and the laptop sleeve is super easy to get to! I think it’s really obvious that (unlike seemingly many brands that think everyone loves she’d loads of pockets to forget where the heck you put your book or your undies, PD have actually based this design on what the average normal person does and needs whilst travelling - and on top of that they’ve considered a bag that ticks numerous boxes to keep everyone happy whether they’re a clean freak like me who likes the wipe down fabric, and who wants a quick grab and quick access (I use 2 small PD compression travel packing cubes and 1 medium in pack and can go away for a week - 10 days no problem) and something that will suit both a smart weekend away or a week or so fairly off grid and do the job well. Big smiles from me ◡̈ Cheers PD 5 |
