Digital Camera Canon Olympus Point And Shoot

I use this to carry my Olympus Tough Series digital point 'n shoot. It is perfect for the purpose. Ventilation allows the camera to dry, and the rubbery material gives it a little bit of cushioning against shocks. 5 |

the perfect camera between a point n' shoot and a full blown digital SLR. 5 |

The quality of pictures from Canon PowerShots just cannot be beat. I've seen and used other point and shoot cameras from olympus and nikon and they don't even compare. I finally upgraded to a new canon from my old Canon PowerShot SD300 and was not disappointed! 5 |

This camera is easy to use, gives a great digital picture every time. I want a point and shoot delivery and this is it. 5 |

Mates well with my Olympus E-410. Allows the convenience of a point and shoot camera. Reduces the I am a tourist look of a camera hanging on your chest. Well made and very sturdy. 5 |

The Olympus E-PL1 is a superb little camera. I use it in two modes: as a point-and-shoot for family and general snapshooting, and as a camera back for a Nikkor Zoom 35-70 mm f/2.8 lens in fully manual operation. As a point and shoot it is easy to use and makes basically good photos. I have the 14-42 mm zoom lens on it. Everything is programmable. Turn on and use the Super Control Panel (SCP). I use the Nikkor for its superb optical quality. I adapt it with a dumb Nikon to Micro Four Thirds adaptor. I get the full capability of the Nikkor lens with the Olympus body. Even the inertial stabilization works with the Nikkor lens. The Olympus body is my choice for replacing the original Nikon film body. 5 |

Bought this to carry a small point and shoot digital camera on a backpack chest strap while hiking. Very satisfied with the flap covered padded camera compartment, and zippered section for extra batteries and SD cards. Much better design than the Lowepro case it replaced. Just what I needed. 5 |

I bought this camera to make the leap from a digital point and shoot to a digital SLR. I last used an old film SLR 10 yrs ago, so it'll be nice to see what I remember and learn even more about photography. I'm very happy the camera accepts AA lithium batteries and there is a lengthy printed operating manual too. Additionally, there are more than enough manual settings for my needs. Lastly, the price is right and was lowest on B&H! I haven't found any cons yet. 5 |

This camera is an awesome camera for people looking for more out of a digital camera than just the regular point and shoot but do not want to spend the money or carry around the lenses of an SLR. The 20X optical zoom is FANTASTIC! The offerings of this camera are numerous. The manual settings are simple to use and the numerous other settings such as colour accent are very fun to use. I highly recommend this camera to anyone looking to get more into photography while keeping money in their pockets. 5 |

This camera is my first foray into the DSLR world, after owning several point and shoot digital cameras. I must say, so far it has been a blast. It's easy to use and the quality of the pictures is fantastic. Several shots I've taken of surrounding flora look almost fake because of the clarity of the pictures. I haven't delved into the more complicated features just yet, but I'll get there soon. One of the main reasons I chose this camera is for the touch screen display, which I love. I think anyone with a smart phone will love it, too. I'd definitely recommend the SL-1. 5 |
