Nicely padded. Good protection also for the LCD display.

This is the protection you need to have on your camera! The display is the most important part of the camera, you can do absolutely nothing without it! with the LCD screen protector you can make sure your pictures are great all time! I haven't found any bad things about it yet, and hope not to find! It's great by now!

I learned to take photos on a Pentax K1000 and have recently been happy with the great photos my iPhone 11 Pro takes but once my husband bought a Sony mirrorless camera from you I had to jump back in to my old hobby. So far I've got macro shots down pat on flowers and have watched videos on all the recommended settings. I've got some great photos so far and know I will enjoy the Rebel for years to come. I like the guided menus to help refresh my memory on setting, I still like having a viewfinder but have enjoyed the flexibility of being able to use the LCD screen to shot photos from as well. I set one of the custom buttons to display depth of field on the LCD display which comes in handy. We are having smoky skies here so my landscape photos are not the greatest because of the haze; the camera is working well though. I am using the kit lens, and Canon f2.8 35mm macro, the 50mm f1.8 lens and 55-250mm zoom lens. All the lenses are great and give sharp images. I find the camera is easily tricked when you have something in the foreground and won't focus clearly on distance objects but adjusting my aperture helped that out. I'd say I'm still in the exploring all the features mode but I will have fun finding that magic combo to get some great keepers.

I recently switched to mirrorless from a DSLR and found that battery life with mirrorless is affected by how much you use the lcd display on the camera. Because of this, I added an additional battery. My experience has been if you use OEM parts you never have compatibility issues or any other problems.

Our astronomy club does outreach in the form of "star parties" wherein we give the public looks through our telescopes. Unfortunately, some visitors have a difficult time reaching the eyepiece, or are chair-bound. Up to now, I've been using my camera's LCD display. But that has its limitations. Enter the Elvid - large, bright, clear display. Easy controls (just press the power button), I don't mind that the battery is separate since I can use the 12v input and run from a battery. (Although, I did buy the Sony battery and charger due to it's convenience.) I also don't mind the hotshoe adapter. But, I don't see what else they could have done due to the size of what the unit has to attach to. And, the monitor will come in handy when making instructional videos since my camera's LCD does not completely articulate. Now, I can have the Elvid face me while I'm recording. All-in-all, a very well made product at a very reasonable price.

Mount LCD display devices and other hardware on top or side of camera. Pliable and non-obtrusive. Can me moved and adjusted in any position.

This was my second attempt in buying a cine camera, and I am totally satisfied with my purchase. The LCD display is very easy to navigate once you get used it, and for the price it; it was a no brainer!

I used the LCD screen protector on my Canon SLR digital camera. I love it! It not only protects the screen from scratches and smudges, it also filters out the glare.
