I bought this gadget to use with a compact flash memory card in a camera that I am borrowing. I wanted my card reader to have slots for all other types of memory cards in case I buy my own digital camera with a different type of card. The price is right, and the card reader works just fine. It's super lightweight, which is just what I needed while traveling, and it's a very convenient shape, especially because its power cord is detachable. The only small iffy part is that the card reader does not offer much physical guidance for inserting a compact flash memory card. The pins for reading the card are set far enough back in the reader that you can't visually align them with your card -- and if you're not careful, it's easy to misalign the card with the little grooves on the sides of the slot meant to help you keep the card straight. But this is just a small problem that can be dealt with by being careful. 5 |

I bought this card reader for my new camera took SD class 2 memory cards. It also takes CF memory cards. I have an old canon camera that uses CF cards. The card reader works with both kinds without fail so far. I have no reason to believe it will fail. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Pro Ultimate 128 GB memory card and reader is super fast and uploads and downloads. I used it for my laptop to transfer photos, videos, and a couple of files. I like how seamless it is to transfer these items. The memory card reader fits into a USB port. I like having this because I use more than one memory card and can use the card reader and the one on my laptop simultaneously. The most impressive thing about this product is that it is fast. 5 |
