Okay, let's be honest. My For You Page on TikTok is full of the camera That's less than a chipotle bowl. I fell for that trap and ended up with a terrible digital camera and wasted money. So when looking for an ACTUALLY good digital camera I put the research, time, and a lot more money in, and what I found was this camera, The Canon PowerShot ELH 360 HS Digital Camera. I am so glad I found it. This digital camera takes the coolest flash photos and is so user-friendly. My favorite feature has to be that you can upload your photos DIRECTLY to your phone using an APP!!!! You know what that means? My Instagram game just got a serious upgrade. In all seriousness, if you are looking for a user-friendly point-and-shoot camera that takes great flash photography, is easy enough for a drunk person to use, and fits perfectly in your going-out bag, you have found it. Trust me the money is worth it!

I recently picked up an old 35mm camera from a friend. In this age of digital photos I was afraid I would not be able to find film and if so, it would be difficult to find and expensive. This fits the bill nicely on both counts.

I realize that there are mixed reviews on this scanner. This won't make your photos better but the fact is this little machine does a whole lot of work that used to be time consuming and a pain . I scanned slides and Black and white film... The F2D is film to digital... I have slides from 1970 of Goose Lake Music Festival... It happened a year after Woodstock. No rain, no mud, but delightfully filled with with similar photo opps. And my photo of Patti Smith was taken when Horses was being promoted in Boston. The fact that I can make my photos into digital files is nearly amazing. The learning curve to use the Wolverine is significant but if you look at some videos, it's easy enough. It is drastically easy to do and their customer service is awesome. I scanned 80 slidesand posted them on FaceBook... imagine the cost of making slides to files or prints for free. My slides are 50 years old... this week. Maybe you have slides that old? The photo I took of Patti Smith promoting her Horses album is from 1975 which is on 120 film taken with a Kowa (also known as a poor man's Hasselblad. Perhaps, like me you have tons of those B&W negatives. Imagine setting up your darkroom for those? or paying for custom labs to make prints (it's not going to happen under $200.... I really enjoy the Wolverine and it takes minutes to see these old photos. I know you can spend thousands of dollars just to get to see your old stuff, but why bother. I love what I get from Wolverine and I can fix dust, etc. like never before ...
