Digital Camera Wifi To Phone

Maybe a bit slow if used in a digital camera. It works just fine when installed in a phone. 5 |

I had to replace an older ELPH, so I looked at various brands and models, and decided to get another ELPH. The 190 didn't cost much more than the 180, and offered a 10X zoom and other features. One was wifi--why would I want a camera with wifi? It turns out that I could send photos directly to my cell phone, use that cell phone as a wireless shutter release, or send pictures to my laptop without pulling the SD card. And the whole thing can slip effortlessly into my shirt pocket. There was a time when I toted a Nikon F2, several lenses, a handheld light meter, lots of Kodachrome 25, and a tripod, etc, but I've grown old and less ambitious, and like the convenience of travelling light. This little camera takes great pictures, is easy to operate, and is made by one of the premier camera manufacturers in the world. I'm very pleased with it. 5 |

I love this camera so much! It connects easily to my phone through Bluetooth or wifi. The pictures are so good for a point and shoot. 5 |

Just bought the phone last week used. I like everything about the phone except no WiFi calling. I'm looking for some workaround for this. I love having the headphone jack to be able to listen to lossless CDs that I imported into iTunes and now put on my phone on a microSD card. I just started exploring the camera and that was another big reason why I bought this be able to take photos of events with this camera. I would recommend it but it is expensive so I would also recommend if you could get it used make sure you get a good one but that would be a good way to go. 5 |

Great little WiFi camera Ive had this camera for almost 1 week. I have to say, I LOVE IT! It took about 5-7 mins to set the camera up and have it connected to my phone. The quality of the video is so nice during the day and even night as well. I like the fact that the camera provides audio. After looking back at some of the recordings I like the fact that you can zoom in closer to a person or object on the video. I think having the expandable SD card slot will come in handy especially while on vacation. Another nice feature is being able to communicate through the camera. I was able to talk to my daughter when she was caring for her bearded dragon to be sure she understood the feeding instructions. I did have to silence the notifications because my phone was going crazy from all the motion BUT thats never a bad thing when youre away from home and you want to be sure your house is safe. Overall, this camera is excellent for the price and Id highly recommend it. 5 |

This is a (nearly) perfect phone for me because it has 3 things: 1) 3.5mm Headphone jack 2) 16mm, 24mm, and 60mm (12MP) equivalent lenses (w/ high-end Sony quality video and camera app! RAW, 4K, Advanced DSLR-like features, etc.) 3) USB-C (USB 3.1) with support for workstation docking (keyboard/video/mouse) Other niceties include: - Wireless Qi charging - IP56/IP68 dust/water resistance - Bright and colorful OLED screen - 120hz screen refresh rate (buttery smooth!) - Snapdragon 8 Gen1 SoC (8 cores) w/ 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage - 2 nanoSIM slots and 1 microSD card slot (supports upto 1TB) - Snappy biometric (fingerprint) unlock - 5G phone network (with 4G/LTE, 3G, and 2G) - WiFi6E network support (yes, it does the new 6Ghz band, too!) - 5000 mAh battery! - Dedicated shutter release button (with half-press focus lock, like a camera!) - WiFi texting via the standard Google Messages app, but... Unfortunately, there are 2 things about it that I was disappointed to discover: 1) No WiFi calling. From what I've read on the Internet, this is actually the fault of the carrier (Verizon, T-Mobile, et al.), but Sony seems to get the blame. It's not a deal breaker for me, but for some folks who make a lot of phone calls and don't have good cell tower coverage, this could really make life tough. 2) Thermal management really is mediocre. Or rather, this phone does get warm from time to time. While I don't play games on my phone, I have noticed that using the video recording and the phone app extensively will get this phone rather warm. Otherwise, it is a normal temperature. 5 |

I just inserted the adapter into my camera SD memory card slot. Went to my camera wifi settings and launched the wifi transmission and my phone's Canon app immediately located the signal and I had the pictures I selected on my iphone instantly. It was a breeze. I already had the Canon app on my phone that works with another Canon camera I own with built in wifi. 5 |

I was making the move from a digital all-in-one (and phone camera) to a mirrorless camera, and the reviews of this one really got me to look it over. I am so glad that I did! The Micro 4/3rds system makes it so much smaller and more portable than full frame systems, and Canon includes so many helpful ways for a novice to learn while taking pictures with this model. The 'scene' and 'AP' modes start you with presets for taking certain types of photos, and the Info button can be used to toggle on or off a helpful blurb about almost every option. The lens options for this camera are also fantastic. There are so many great lenses out there, and the prices AND size/weight of them is so much more reasonable than larger camera models. The OM-D E-M10 is not for a professional photographer (though the higher end models certainly seem to be) but for someone who aspires to be a more serious hobby photographer, I think it's a GREAT way to launch. 5 |

This compact bag is ideal for carrying a compact digital camera, as well as a phone, wallet and other everyday items. The selection of zipped and open compartments makes this bag easy and convenient to use. As if that wasn't enough, this bag is made from high quality materials, and is extremely well constructed. Billing ham bags have an excellent reputation, and this bag lives up to it. 5 |
