Digital Forensics Reverse Image Search

This is my second C920s webcam. It has great features and a beautiful image. It's basically plug & play right out of the box, with one major exception. I immediately realized that the image is reversed upon plugging the webcam in. Why the default image is reversed kind of blows my mind. There were no directions on how to reverse the image. I went on the Logitech website and searched for a solution. Nada. I searched Google, too. All the solutions were complicated and convoluted. I ended up downloading 2 or 3 programs that didn't solve my problem. Since this is my second C920s, I went back to my first installation of this webcam on my other PC. The image was right on. So, I checked and I have a program called Logitech Capture. I checked its settings, and sure enough, under the Source 1 settings there's an Advanced Settings slider. Sliding that to On opens up another set of settings. One of them is horizontally flip source. Checking that check box flips the image to the proper point of view. Why Logitech would reverse the default image is beyond me. And, why they don't provide instructions on how to flip the image is crazy. Anyway, just downloading this simple (free) program from the Logitech website solves the issue. All is well. I'm very happy with the webcam now.

Not too much blooming, and just enough fuzziness to make a digital image more organic.

This book covers so many aspects of the lenses and manufacturing process. It's very long and I wish there was a digital version (so you can search the book)

As you know filters help with image quality during the day. I was in search of filters for my new GoPro Hero 9 and decided to go with the Freewell 4K series. I'm glad I did, they are well built, and do exactly what I bought them for. I would highly recommend. - JM

I was suggested to get this lens by a professor at my forensics class and it did not disappoint! Clear and does exactly as taught in class! Great product!

I work in the forensics unit of a police agency. The Magic Arm in combination with a Super Clamp works great in holding the light guide of our lab's ALS unit while photographing latent prints. I also use the Magic Arm to position a metric scale when photographing irregular-shaped items that present problems with their shallow depth of field in macro photography. The range of motion with the Magic Arms's pivot is incredible! Wonderful product.

As a computer forensics agent, static electricity is my enemy. I purchased 3 of these for each of my forensic computers. They work very well and I have not had any issues with static electricity since buying them. They are an inexpensive way of safeguarding machines worth tens of thousands of dollars, as well as the computers I have to examine. Well worth the purchase!

I'm using this paper for my digital photography class and the texture of the paper cannot possibly represent the image better than it already does.
