This is my favorite clamp! I have 6 of them. I usually use them with my Westcott Scrim Jim Cine Kits. The three sizes of scrims I usually use is 4x4', 6x6', & 8x8'; only the 4x4' has the 3/8-16 thread in the center of each side. Each side of the 6x6' is composed of a 2' & 4' piece so I use the Cardellini clamp to get the Baby Pin in the middle. Each side of the 8x8' is made by joining (2) 4' pieces together so I either use the Digital Juice Butterfly Clamp or the Cardellini Clamp. The Cardellini Clamp is smaller, stronger, and less expensive than the Digital Juice Butterfly Clamp; and it works better. 5 |

If you got stuck with some cheap versions of these cause you bought one of those digital juice blue bag led sets (the leds die in it too) you will really appreciate how well these are made. Also if you just need to mount a light on a stand and need that swivel, you gotta get these, they are expensive, but worth the price. 5 |
