Digital Marine Vhf Antenna Reviews

I've used Sennheisser VHF transmitters for years and have been disappointed with both the analog signal quality and interference. This uses digital signals over wifi with a 16 bit sampling so the actual transmission of digital data is flawless within range. What you put in is what you get out. However, the microphone is utter trash. The frequency response curve must look terrible with nothing over 5K. I replaced the mic with a cheap JK MIC-J 044 and was very pleased. I had one other concern. There is no input level adjustment. Systems with automatic level adjustment typically sound terrible. I was unable to notice any compression or limiting. There must be some but I could not notice it on my tests. All in all - good value but ditch the mic.

I am a retired Marine Corps Combat Camera Officer, and am still directly involved in digital photography with my own business. We were looking for a new travel size binoculars as we cruise Transatlantic & Transpacific. Our marine binoculars from West Marine were great while boating but are heavy and take up took much carry on space. The guy behind the counter was fantastic, not pushy or rushing us to make a decision. He showed us various magnifications/sizes and describing the differences with each one. We chose the Vortex 8x42 Viper HD because they ticked most all of the boxes we were looking for at the price that didn't break the bank. We love the size and weight, the focus wheel is slow & precise. They are exactly what we were looking for. Love B&H - always professional and wonderful to deal wit.

Working on a major marine Oil & Gas project, the Fujinon Marine Binocular is perfect for the application and conditions. They are being used by a specialty environmental group to spot turtles and other marine species which may come into contact with work being performed on this project. Perfect application for a perfect product.

Great binocular for marine use

I purchased this to replace an analog IEM antenna combiner that I was using on a Digital IEM platform that was having issues with dropouts and interference. The original (high-end professional) product had been recommended by another supplier, and I was skeptical that it would make any difference to replace as it was amplifying and combining the same signal. This combiner (made specifically with tuning to support Digital IEM's) instantly fixed all of the issues I had been chasing for months. The IEM's are now solid from hundreds of yards away, and no dropouts. This thing has saved my productions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This powered digital antenna works great. I get better more consistent signal compared to my non-powered digital antenna. This antenna has less interference as described. The black slim profile blends in well in our living room. I would recommend buying.

Used with Spectrum cable and with digital tv antenna. I did not know that my tv would turn the receiver on and off so when using the Spectrum issued remote it would turn off and back on. Just had to eliminate it from the remote.

i love this television. setup was a breeze. connected to wifii, with digital antenna, and voila, hundreds of channels.

I own 2 of these, one holds 4 Shure ULXP receivers with the antenna/ power disto and the other holds a Behringer S32 Digital Snake I/O Box perfectly (should be listed on the S32 page because it fits so well...)
