Digital Storm Bolt 3 Gaming Computer System

3 weeks in and still running amazing. Can't believe we didn't have to buy a new computer.

I have bought several Storm cases over the past few years, and find them to be ideal for storing and shipping digital cameras, microscopes and associated accessories.

I use this Pelican Storm iM2500 case to store my RED ONE digital cinema camera and a few accessories. It's a tight fit, but everything is well protected and nothing shifts around. I love the secure-yet-easy-to-use latches, and the bright yellow color stands out in a sea of black cases. The best part? It can be taken as a carry-on bag on an airplane. I wish it weighed a bit less, but the protection it offers is unbeatable, so I can't complain.

Added this case to my collection of five other Pelican/Storm cases. This one safely transports three computer displays and bases all over the country. This Storm case has what I call 'locking latches' that require you to press a small button in the center of the latch before it will release. I really like that feature because it prevents accidental unlatching. I'm not able to think of anything I don't like about it. Like all of my other ones, it just works.

I received this APC backUPS a few weeks ago and had my computer plugged into it. A storm hit just last week and we lost power for a whole week! I plugged my phone into the UPS as well as my computer and I was able to get news updates from our governor about shelters and when it was safe to go outside. I've already bought another for my wife's computer in the den! I highly recommend this to anyone who is under threat of losing power!

The he new combo seems to be much better maintaining connectivity to the computer. I always had issues with the old type receiver, but the new Bolt receiver has not lost its connection once since purchasing.
