Direct Tv Hook Up To Samsung Soundbar

I purchased this cable to use to hook up my Samsung TV and soundbar. Quality was excellent, the cable well made. I had the cable within 3 days. Another outstanding product from B&H.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was previously using a standalone soundbar without a subwoofer from a different brand which wasn’t too bad but having the Samsung QN-95B 75” TV and knowing what the built-in TV speakers were capable off I was also missing out on using them until I discovered Q-Symphony that allows the TV Speakers to be used in addition to the soundbar. The Samsung HW-S700D Soundbar was a perfect fit was my living space and served this purpose extremely well. The Soundbar and Subwoofer was super easy to setup. Although wireless capable, I chose to use the HDMI cable provided and it was an instant detection and pairing. My Samsung TV automatically recognized the Q-Symphony compatibility and adjusted the sound accordingly for maximum balance and range. The SpaceFit Sound Pro worked its magic to utilize the position and space and adjust automatically even while watching content in real time. No other setup required. I moved the subwoofer to various positions, and ultimately had it next to the sofa which enhanced the bass and feel. The Soundbar and Subwoofer provide great sound levels with well-balanced Treble, Mid, and Bass levels. The bass was a much-needed addition and gave the overall feel a more realistic vibe specially when watching movies and certainly listen to music. The bar is super slim yet performed extremely well for its form factor. It took up much less space than other soundbars and the overall design is super sleek to blend in with my room decor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought Dec 2022 to go with a new samsung TV. The pair use what's called q symphony which allows all the speakers to be used from both the tv and sound bar to work as one unit. Overall the sound is great not much adjusting needed. Only downside is the soundbar doesn't use eARC just ARC through one port, so everything needs to be connected to the TV then the TV to the soundbar, no optical connection either. It's very long for a soundbar which should fit under a 55" or larger, but the depth is extremely slim compared to the Q800 model that I saw in a retail store. Overall love the soundbar thinking on picking up the matching rear atmos wireless speakers soon to finish it off. If you need alot of connections directly to your soundbar or need a digital display on it, this soundbar is not for you. For everyone else, especially samsung tv owners who can use Q Symphany, want to have a very flush mounting soundbar, the HW-S800B is an excellent purchase, with the option to expand to a full 5.1(2).4 system.

This TV is a lot easier to use than the Samsung HD we bought 11 years ago. Direct access to Netflix & Amazon Prime Video, and more manageable controls for everything else. Easy set-up, and this time, our Sonos soundbar is connected directly via HDMI and is controlled by the same controller as the TV. Great improvement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We chose the Samsung Terrace to hang in our backyard as the spot receives about 3 hours of direct sunlight per day. The choice to go with Samsung was name brand, reviews and the only outdoor TV with smartTV applications. It has not disappointed! The anti-glare feature allows for full color in direct or non-direct sunlight with a great picture. The smart tv allows me to stream Xfinity cable as well as other services(Netflix, Hulu, etc) for local sports or movies for the kids in the backyard. Only an outlet was necessary. The volume on the tv itself isn’t bad, but being that it’s Bluetooth-enabled, I hooked up portable sonos speakers that can be placed wherever. I can always add the sound bar when needed. In all, it has down everything I’ve asked and has made the larger ticket price definitely worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it because of the slim design but I really love it now and I don't miss those bulky soundbars at all :) I connected it with my QLED Q70A and being a Samsung soundbar it is so compatible with my TV and very easy to use and operate. The theater experience is awesome with WIFI Dolby ATMOS. I love the audio coming from it every bit. Whether you Sport or movie it feels awesome. My Kid loves to play games on Xbox on this tv and he loves it. It's slim design is awesome and as I said both my Tv and Soundbar compliment each other very well. I may be biased as I have Samsung TV as well but I am sure it works great on other TV brands as well. It's a great Soundbar. thumbs Up to Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently purchased a new Samsung tv, and I splurged on this compact soundbar. I'm very glad I did! It was pretty easy to connect and then use the q-symphony setting to sync with the tv. The dialog on the shows we watch is much more clear with this soundbar! It has only been a few days, but I am hopeful we will not have to use captioning any longer to be able to follow the dialog. I am very satisfied with the purchase and would recommend it to anyone.
