Direct Tv Receiver Code For Universal Remote

Only thing I don't like is it will not power on with direct tv remote. If anyone has figured this out let me no.

This is one handy little gadget! I can now actually appear at my own family gatherings (without looking as if I suddenly landed in somebody's lap in a mad dash from the camera to the picture venue in 10 seconds). I set up my Canon Rebel XSI on a tripod at our family Christmas dinner and would periodically surreptitiously click the controller to take truly candid shots. I moved it 4-5 times to different locations in the room to make sure everybody's face got in the pictures (vs the back of their head). This remote control doesn't only do direct line-of-sight -- as long as the receiver on the camera can detect the signal from the remote, the camera will activate--meaning you can take a picture without having to direct the remote right in front of the receiver. You can take it from multiple angles--above the camera, below the camera, from the side. It's tiny (about the size of a larger house key, which means I'll probably lose it), but it has its own little pouch to attach to your camera strap so if I only have the discipline to put it back in its home, we'll be OK. But it fits nicely in your jeans pocket so it's really handy. I can't find anything I don't like about it.

I use the Aluratek ABC02F Universal Bluetooth Audio Receiver and Transmitter connected to the Optical Audio output on my Sony TV. It pairs with a set of Sony Bluetooth earbuds to provide a separate channel for audio for my aging ears while the TV's audio continues to function independently for the rest of the family. The optical connection to the TV was simple and the ABC02F paired quickly and easily to the Sony Earbuds. The ABC02F is plugged into a USB port on the TV and is always on so the earbuds are reconnected within the time it takes to remove them from their charger/case and insert them into the ear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lost a remote to my tv so tried the universal remote and it worked great on my tv. I don't have anything Elsa at this time to connect to the remote but if I did I would. It was easy to use and follow directions too.

I don’t have to flip through the booklet searching for my devices’ code. Being able to hook up to 8 devices is great. I was able to connect to my roku steaming box, Apple TV box and TV. There were some features it can’t replicate on the original remote, but for the basic functions, this would do.

love the tv and performance had issues with syncing up the tv, vizio sound bar and direct tv remote, took a couple calls to tech support but now all is well and we're enjoying it very much

Love the better wi-fi. Almost never buffers (even on Direct TV NOW). No need for any other remote. Powers on/off my Sony Bravia and controls volume. Going to purchase another one soon.

It allows me to either use the remote or the receiver as the switch. I really like it.

Used with Spectrum cable and with digital tv antenna. I did not know that my tv would turn the receiver on and off so when using the Spectrum issued remote it would turn off and back on. Just had to eliminate it from the remote.

Used to send HDMI from a wireless receiver to a remote TV receiver. It works perfectly, with no visible degradation of the HD TV image or sound.
