Gave me 2 blue screens when setting it up due to poorly installed DirectX drivers, but after trouble shooting using commands in the CMD, manually reinstalling NVIDIA drivers, reinstalling DirectX drivers, and updating windows, it worked smoothly (110 FPS Call of Duty: Warzone, 150 FPS Modern Warfare 3, 250 FPS Minecraft). 5 |

I need to revise my review of 11/22/17 "Not Ready for Prime Time." Having sold my Sony RX10 III in December of 2017 I soon found that I missed it. Before deciding to purchase another RX10 III I figured I would give the RX10 IV another try. WOW, what can I say? This camera is amazing! There is no doubt that the first RX10 IV was a dud. I have shot over 3,000 pictures and I can honestly say that there has only been 3 images out of focus. Focusing at 600mm is fantastic - spot on. Usable ISO is much better that the RX10 III. "NO DOUBT - THIS ONE IS A KEEPER" 5 |

Today, 12-11-19, my Olympus 17mm 1.8 came to my door. At 80 yrs. old, I took my photography years ago with my Pentax K1000, So, I mounted the 17mm on my Olympus M10 Mark 111 and took a manual shot in low light. It was Great !!!! Several shots outdoors with this lens and I love it. I switched to auto focus, which is very fast and the details are very sharp also. Buy this Olympus 17mm 1.8 and you will not go wrong. I gave this lens 5 stars because, first of all, it is the only rectilinear lens of this focal length in the world! Sure, Sigma and Nikon both have 12-24mm zooms; but 11 is 11, and 12 is 12, lol. It's on sale now; and I believe it's going to be discontinued. Be very careful in handling it because the front lens element is not protected; and you cannot place filters over it to avoid damage. I'm still putting this glass to the test. So, I have no pictures to post yet. I am going to Iceland to photograph the ice caves. That's where this chunk of glass will shine! Also, this completes my zoom kit ( EF 11-24mm f/4.0L, EF 24-70mm f/2.8L, and the EF 70-200mm f/2.8L )! With this set-up, I can cover virtually any assignment coming my way! In closing, I'd like to say, if you can afford to take a dive, go for it; and add this 'weapon' to your arsenal. 5 |

Use a lot for photographing art work (2D and 3D) (w/ E3). Own 11-22mm and used for same purpose. 12-60's extra length has come in handy. Presently shooting stain glass windows in a international treasure; St. Mary's Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption, in Covington Kentucky. As a rule I use PTlens to correct distortion and find there is little need for correction. 11-22 is a little better as far as distortion (or lack of) but the 12-60 is on the camera more. The only issue is the added focal length in the zoom is a handful of turning. But, sure beats changing lenses. Own the C7070, E510 (two kit lenses), E3, 8mm 11-22mm, 12-60 and a FL50R flash. Plan on purchasing the 50-200 and waiting for a M4/3s bodies. Agian it is the lenses. Owned the C5050, C8080, prior. Olympus' better lenses have never been the problem for Olympus. 5 |

I've had numerous iPads in the past and they are great for viewing content, but still alway traveled with a MacBook too. After selling my 12 MacBook last year I tried making do with my wife's 11 iPad Pro when traveling, but the screen is too small for many applications. I purchased this 12.9 iPad Pro a few weeks ago and it is fantastic. I've added the Magic Keyboard and it makes for a great 12/13 laptop replacement for travel. Around the house I also use it with a regular non-keyboard case for reading books, magazines and webpages. The bigger size makes a huge difference in reading content. Did I say it was fast - yes, it's really fast compared to my wife's 2018 11 iPad Pro. Very happy with my purchase. 5 |
