I needed internet access in an old building next to my house. It is too far away from my house to be supported by my wireless router. However, it does share electrical wiring with my house. Running new Cat5 cables was not a good solutions for a variety of reasons so I decided to try TP-Link's AV100 Gigabit Powerline Starter kit. The setup was very easy, basically plug and play. The price was very affordable. While not as fast as a direct connection, it still meets my needs. 5 |

The enclosed CD made installation quite simple. However, I wish there was information on how to disable the internal internet card. I had to do some research on how to disable it. Lastly, because of the age of my laptop, I was only able to con nect to 2.4ghz. With ASUS, I was able to access the faster 5ghz connection. 5 |
