So far is the best Multi-Region Blu-ray Disc Player AND DIGITAL MEDIA PLAYER ever I had. Excellent quality, works Perfectly with my Sony TV Easy to set-up....A little bit pricey But the Perfection has its price.! I would definitely recommend to a friend without hesitation! 5 |

Yes, you still need a disc player in 2021. Streaming still does not compare to a quality disc player w/respect to either video or audio; streaming multi-channel audio in particular is a mess. And this is the only quality player left on the field. Fortunately, it is a keeper. You get a real remote, sturdy build quality, HDR optimization, and automatic Dolby Vision switching. Nothing else comes close. 5 |

I bought this to connect my Yamaha 5-disc CD player. I have some old Yamaha speakers and subwoofer connected, along with a pair of klipsch bookend speakers. The sound of the system is amazing! I was using a different receiver, and the sound was hallow and not nearly as crisp. This is a great receiver, especially for the money. 5 |

This is yet another fine product from Sony. I love the fact that the disc slot, is covered by a door, when not actually inserting, or removing a disc, which helps keep dust. I researched this as i usually do. I compared, other brands as well as Sony. The amount if features that you get in this player, for the price is just astounding. Not to mention all the compatabilty...i have yet to find a disc this player cant handle. 5 |

I purchased this unit just before Christmas and have it connected to an 6 disc player and bluetooth speakers. Excellent sound quality and easy to operate. Only wish it had RCA jacks for speakers rather than wire posts. Also can't used remote for volume, treble or bass with the bluetooth speakers. 5 |
