Bought this to use primarily as a portrait lens for the K-5ii and the K-1 once it comes out in a few weeks. So no feedback yet on how it works not he latter, but on the former, it's a dream. Solid construction, beautiful bokeh, and tack sharp where it needs to be. 5 |

This lens can do no wrong as far as I can tell so far. Such a dream. I've used it on a couple portrait sessions so far and it focuses quickly and smoothly, gives creamy backgrounds and is incredibly sharp. 5 |

Of course, if you’re considering this camera you already know all the reasons why. I haven’t been shooting with it too long yet, but as long as it does everything it says it will do (Without Overheating) then it’s the dream Sony 7 series camera for video. Only time will tell on the overheating (especially those Texas summers!) 5 |

This was my dream lens, and it is by far my favorite. i have 3 other L Series Canon lens, but this is the lens that spends 70% of its time on my camera body. i highly recommend this lens. the buttery background blur is in a league of its own. 5 |
