Display Port Computer Monitors

I was able to attach three monitors to my Dell Inspiron 17 - 3780 Laptop but I needed two display port to HDMI cables to attach my two HDMI monitors - and when connecting to the Display Ports the one HDMI out on the docking station replicates one of the Display Port outputs... combined with using the HDMI out on my laptop and the screen of my laptop I have four monitors now - it would have been nice to attach five if the HDMI out on the docking station wasn't replicating one of the display port outputs... In any case, the universal dock has been rock solid so far.

This cable works. Nothing else to say; it's a cable. Display port is on the computer end, DVI on the monitor end.

There are many good monitors but the lacks the MinidisplayPort needed for a Mac. With this cable Display Port to MinidisplayPort the problem is solved. I works perfect with the maximum definition 4K 60Hz.

I already had 2 of these monitors, so i added a 3rd one. works as to be expected. everything is connected by display port or by hdmi via a dell dock. I did have to tilt the outside monitors in behind the center ever so slightly so that when i look at the outside monitors, everything is clear and in focus (i wear progressive lenses)

Not much to say except I plugged two of them into my macbook pro and into the display port on my Dell 2412 M and now I have 3 monitors! Pretty awesome in my book. Also, I have my desktop plugged into the VGI ports on the same monitors and I can switch between computers simply by changing the input. I'm stoked.

We have several monitors that do not have display port capabilities (VGA and DVI-D only) and are currently upgrading laptops/docking stations for our internal staff. The new docks only have two display ports and one VGA port. So to save on both buying new monitors and all the work of running cables, these converters are life savers. Good build and design.

I needed this since my video card only has one HDMI port, but I got two monitors that only connect via HDMI. My video card has three display ports so this was the fix. Fortunately, it works great. I can't tell any difference between the display using HDMI and the display using this to the display port. Also no functional issues either, no flickering, it is doing its job!

At first hook ups this cable wouldn't allow installing 2 monitors on my early 2012 MacBook Air 13". B&H spent a great amount of time doing the research and offering another product but could only find a solution for adding one more monitor, not two. Supposedly my laptop wouldn't handle 2 monitors. As I was about to repackage for return I noticed that this requires drivers to work properly. After visiting their website and installing said drivers this works flawlessly with my old Mac (early USB 3.0 and mini display port, mini display port doesn't have to be used here though just USB) and adding two monitors. I'd call back B&H but figured this would have a greater reach!

The computer is fast and very easy to set up. I like having a choice of Display Port or HDMI Port to choose from.

Works as described to connect a Display port input on a switcher to the HDMI output on a computer.
