Diy Cardboard Box Storage For Magazines And Papers

Back in 2009, I panned this product for sloppy construction standards and lack of a closeable cardboard box, which had been available previously. Based on the most recent review, I recently purchased three more of these slide boxes and am happily surprised. The closing cardboard box is back (which I use for storage and transporting), the slide box itself seems more robust (riveted and welded latches; back to the original latch design), and each row is the proper width. Best slide storage solution on the market.

Sidegraded from a DIY FreeNAS box to this and have been very happy with the performance. It has a ton of extra features/packages, but I prefer to keep storage as storage and run other apps on dedicated devices.

This size box is perfect for my storage needs. I’m storing pictures and papers from family members that have passed. These boxes have been perfect for organizing everything and keeping them in uniform boxes that can be labeled. It’s a lot better than the shoe boxes, plastic bins, dilapidated cardboard boxes, and tote bags that I found them in! They should also last a lot longer in these protective boxes.

Perfect for carrying the beauty dish - much better than using the cardboard box. :)

I removed about two decades of slides from their magazines to facilitate my scanning project and to reduce storage space required. The old magazines were designed for a compatible projector and standup screen. Hence, viewing slides required setup time which I preffered to avoid.

We were able to get about 1,380 slides in ours - standard cardboard mounts. Good sturdy box.

Got this for my Benq W1100 projector. Cardboard box was wearing out, and needed something stronger.

Awesome lens for scenery, landscapes, cramped interiors ... really opens things up! Packaging was excellent, lens was inside a sturdy metal box with heavy duty foam inserts, inside a durable cardboard box, inside a padded cardboard box from B&H. This lens seems very well built, gives sharp images, and has features I wish other lens makers would use in their lenses; the hyper-focal distance scale, click stop infinity detent, and raised 'lever' on focusing ring to name a few. I would definitely recommend this lens as an inexpensive, lightweight, super-ultra-wide-angle lens !!!
