Diy Digital Tv Antenna For Car

Used with Spectrum cable and with digital tv antenna. I did not know that my tv would turn the receiver on and off so when using the Spectrum issued remote it would turn off and back on. Just had to eliminate it from the remote.

Perfect replacement for a damaged antenna at a reasonable price. Warning: Replacement of the antenna is a DIY project that requires soldering skills (there are quite a few tutorial videos on YoUTube that will show you the process). If soldering is not your thing, you can have your local professional sound equipment dealer do it for you (if you are so lucky to have someone like that in your town).

The app is user-friendly and I can easily understand how to find a better placement for the antenna. I place mine closer to a window so I get a better signal and little to no stuttering pictures. The picture is close to perfect and I like that I even have channels that I did not have before such as the Spanish channel and a few others. Since I do not use cable this antenna has come helpful to watch basic channels and watching the news.

We don't have cable TV so we use an antenna.This antenna is easy to install. It brought in some channels better than others. We are happy with it. I use this mount to rig my Ronin to car mounts, jibs, and DIY mounts for helicopters. Strong build and milled will precision. Seems a little pricy for a chunk of metal, but its easily paid itself off in just one use. I Highly recommend all Ronin owners to add this to your gear list.

I have two of these installed. One in my car, and one set up as a base station at my house with an outdoor antenna. Great range, and I'm able to keep in touch with my daughter when she's out and about in the neighborhood using a little HT. I already have a third radio on the way for a second vehicle.
