Diy Outdoor Projector Stand

We needed to place an outdoor projector on a stand that was sturdy and flexible in projector placement. This certainly did the job. We simply attached the correct size platform for our projector. It is portable, light, but sturdy and can take a much heavier loads than we are using it for.

I made a DIY PVC pipe frame to go with this and it really works great for outdoor portrait sessions.

Bought it as a laptop stand, but I made better use out of it when I used it for my projector

I use them to mount DIY ligth on my c-stand (with superclamps). Love the fact that i can use 8 screws to make everything secure.

Using this attached to a 1” pipe for a DIY copy stand. Rock solid, extremely flexible. Never used a clamp like this before but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this one.

I bought this stand on the recommendation of Alex Campagna in his DIY Spiderlight Softbox blog. I built his DIY softbox and bought this stand to support it. And it does it very well. This is one impressive stand, especially for the money.

I bought this for a DIY subkick mic, just a 10" woofer, which is much heavier then any other mic I have ever used. The boom on this stand holds it in place without tipping over or coming loose. It has been mounted for over a week and it hasn't moved a bit. If you need a short fixed boom stand that doesn't get in the way, this is it.

I used this little guy to secure my VLM to my light stand as a DIY project. This works perfectly and secures tightly to the light stand. It feels extremely sturdy and have not worries of it holding up. Have complete confidence.
