Diy White Screen For Projector

Best projector for the price, Any recommendation what type of screen to use ? Gray or White and what Gain ??

We use this projector screen in our church activities.

I installed them next to my projector screen and they sound great.

Anyone looking to extend there monitor onto a TV screen or projector this is the way to go.

Using this to decode an NDI source to a projector in Church services with live stream. We previously were sending the Presentation Laptops screen to the OBS computer via NDI, and used a separate proprietary wireless video feed to the main projector. Got this so we can use the same NDI source for both and eliminate the wireless projector feed. It is working well. One thing to be aware of: the projector will display will go blank in a couple of seconds if there is no video and audio activity when using NDI Screen Capture as the source. This can be an issue during power points with static screens. You can set the decoder to keep the last thing displayed on the screen or allow it to go blank. I prefer it to go blank so I know something is wrong right away. You can also resolve by making sure the NDI Screen Capture is using an active audio source (like the microphone). This decoder has been reliable and is reasonably priced. Perhaps other decoders won't have the inactivity issue but they are also more expensive. This has not been a show stopper for us.

This thing worked great. This is just what I needed to get my screen up and another screen to my projector up at the same time in my sanctuary. This was great.

Really enjoying this projector in our media room. Bright colors even with light leaks and white walls.

The bright white light of the projector makes for crisp images and luminous color. Easy to fit the enlarged drawing to the canvas size I am using. The automatic keystone correction feature really helps. It is also easy to automatically correct the image shape with Screen Fit.

The mount is made of heavy duty cast metal pieces with worm-gear adjustments. I purchased the white model and the paint coating was white and uniform and thick. The mount is low-profile and the arms to hold a projector are solid and can span a range of angles and extensions and probably fit the majority of projectors out there. There is a threaded hole at the top if you need some extra drop from a high ceiling. Please note that the extension tube and extra ceiling flange would be a seperate purchase as this unit is designed for direct ceiling install. But it is nice to have the flexibility of an extension if needed. Unit was mounted to ceiling in minutes with basic tools. Quick release of projector is a very nice feature for changing bulbs, etc. Tuning the unit was quick and accurate and the picture is rock solid (no vibrations)

This screen assembles easily and can be done by one person. A great pairing with the Aaxa P6X projector.
