Great security camera You can never be too safe and the security camera works great, has a great wide angle view without the overly excessive wide angle camera distortion, and it is super easy to set up. I have mine set up in the basement to view the back door but I hope to never get a notification on my phone that a person has been detected. It does work though. When testing, I got a notification of movement, I popped right into the Lorex app and saw it was just me thankfully. The resolution is great too. If you have more than 1 you can set it up to see all of them at one time. You can also set motion zones and sensitivity so you aren�t setting it off all the time and you can turn notifications off if you�re in the area so you don�t continually get notifications about you being in the area. I love that it provides all those features without needing a subscription. All the recording is right to the included micro SD card and runs off your WiFi for notifications. Also comes with mounting stuff but I just have mine on it�s base and it feels stable. Overall Great camera, simple to use, the app is easy to use, and I have some extra peace knowing I have an extra eye out at all times.

This product worked as advertised. It was easy to DIY install and set-up via my home wifi network. Enjoying the convenience and security to automatically control lights via my phone.

It can detect if I'm home or not, and arm based on that. It works great and saves any footage on the app if anyone different were to walk into my home when I'm not home.

I just bought this WiFi and so far I love it. It helps with internet consistency throughout my home with all of my televisions, computers, home security and other equipment. Very helpful for those working from home to optimize internet performance.

I've recently upgraded my home network to using the CM1000 and a security/WiFi appliance. The CM1000 is a real trooper, very reliable and has delivered 1Gb speeds as advertised. It was very simple to setup with my cable provider and works like a charm! Great product and company!

This is much better than the systems I had previously (Google WiFi, Linksys Velop, Netgear Orbi). I have an old 1940’s home filled will plaster walls and the Netgear Orbi AC3000 version 1 was the best at sending 2.4 and 5GHz through the walls. While the other systems lacked the horsepower to get through the plaster walls. The Netgear just worked but I did not have much to tinkering plus the security on it was terrible. If you wanted internet security you would have to pay a monthly subscription fee for Armour. The UDM is great I can create multiple virtual WLAN (home automations, TV, laptop/mobile devices,etc). Each vLAN is separate so they don’t fight for WiFi space. The one UDM covers my 1200sq ft plaster walled home with secure WiFi and if I need more I could add an access point. The fact that the 4 port switch is managed is a plus. Being able to turn on/off those 4 ports makes it even more secure. Just hope that Ubiquiti continues to support this little diamond of a product with FW updates. I can see the UDM being able to do so much more. A lot is the software is in Beta and some in Alpha stage. Hopefully one day (SOON) it will be in full production mode.

I now own 5 of these camera. I have had excellent satisfaction from all. I use them for wildlife viewing and home security.

Mount the sensors, open the ecobee app on your phone, step through adding the new device, and the security bundle was up and running in a couple of minutes. One of the things I like about ecobee products is they appeal to a wide range of Users. You can keep it very simple, or you can integrate their devices into a larger ecosystem for home automation. I also purchased the SmartCamera as part of the ecobee as part of the Home Security Bundle. And I already have an ecobee Smart Thermostat with Voice Control. These devices integrate through the ecobee App to create a very simple to use home security network for added peace of mind. And the Autopilot feature automatically takes care of turning on/off the security system and setting the thermostat to home/away as you come and go from your home. What a simple but effective design.

Great wide angle.

I needed to connect an outdoor wireless security camera to Wifi but the signal on the main router wasn't strong enough to penetrate a thick masonry wall. The TP-link solved this problem. I set it up inside at the wall needing signal penetration but in line with the router. It worked perfectly - having a booster closer to the camera did the trick.
