I bought this for use with the DJI Osmo, but I've used it with other cameras as well. The sound quality from the built in microphone is phenomenal. I really liked the fact that it doesn't need external battery power like some of the other Rode Mics I have purchased in the past. It is plug and play. Everything feels pretty sturdy, and well made for the price point. I have used this for a few small concerts, as well as documentary style interviews. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for anyone who is out and about, and needs to step up their audio quality! 5 |

I found the Hollyland Lark Max to be a feature packed, reliable, and compact person portable microphone system. I also own the DJI Mic System for comparison. I love using this system on the go for run and gun filmmaking. In the field I found the Lark Max easy to use and conceal when paired with a Lavalier Mic. Pros 1. Great 24-bit Audio with minimal clipping. 2. Easy to use touch screen to adjust settings. 3. Dozens of useful features. 4. Full coverage windscreen. 5. Easy to read bright LCD Receiver 6. 820 ft long range transmission without any obstructions. 7. Red record light is small and off to the side and out of camera view. However the mode light is on the front and I wish there was a way to turn it off to avoid distracting the viewer. 8. Inexpensive compared to other wireless microphone offerings in the market. 9. Long Battery Life and Internal Recording Storage 10. Can be used on as an External Recorder with your Phone, Action Camera, or Mirrorless Camera System. 11. Receiver, 2 Mics, and Accessories all fit in one convenient storage pouch. 12. Several recording modes to choose from and great for filming interviews. Cons 1. No record lock button that I could find to stop an accidental record button press while actively recording. 2. The record button is small and can be difficult to press with large fingers. 3. Menu system and setting take some getting used. Compared to the DJI Mics, I found them a bit more cumbersome on the Lark Max 4. When using the system on the phone, I found the cord to be long compared to the kind of compact connection of the DJI Mic system. 5. The biggest flaw No 32-bit float audio which would've been the icing on the cake! Overall if you're looking for an all around on-the-go wireless microphone system, look no further than the Hollyland Lark Max. 5 |

I just bought the DJI adapter for my Osmo Action 4. I use a Rode Go lavalier microphone and the Purple Panda microphone. Both run a little hot on my Action 4. Using the the Boya BY-K4 adapter does little to tone down my microphones. When using the DJI adapter, both microphones run less hot. By my tests, I would say the difference is around 6 decibels, give or take a decibel. Using the Boya BY-K4, I set my gain to -6 db. Using the DJI adapter, I set the gain to 0 db. This gives me more range in the audio output and I can pick up different sounds for different purposes. If you own a DJI Action 4 OR Action 3 and motovlog, get yourself the DJI adapter and......Enjoy. 5 |

I have a RØDE Wireless Go (wireless microphone) that I use with my iPhone, iPad, DJI Osmo Pocket, and Nikon Z6 camera. As versatile as it is, I also wanted to be able to use it with my RØDECaster Pro and my Zoom H6, both of which have XLR jacks to record individual audio tracks. That’s where this RØDE VXLR+ comes in — it just allows me to connect a mic with a TRS jack to an XLR input. It’s basic, and it works. RØDE makes great products, including this one. 5 |

This little microphone works not only completely independent from any other DJI hardware - it does not need any other hardware to become a useful little gadget! It records audio and stores it on an internal memory from where you can transfer it later to a computer and use it. This feature can either be used as a backup for a transmitted audio or intentionally, as you might want to take a voice note for yourself, record some atmo sound or whatever. And thanks to its bluetooth connectivity, you can connect it to you phone, your pc or a camera. Use it in a Zoom or Teams conference or to narrate what you are filming. It also lets you connect a little lav mic, if you don't want to have this matchbox-sized thing dangling on your shirt. 5 |

The DJI Osmo microphone is horrible so I wanted to find a microphone that could give me decent audio. After a quick search on YouTube, many recommended this Rode microphone. Ordered the product on here and it was shipped to my house a few days later. I also ordered a 3D printed attachment for the Osmo so this mic could fit just below where you hold your phone. All in all, the audio quality improved ten fold. Although you can still hear the buzzing of the Osmo's fan you can almost mute it out completely in post production. I highly recommend this mic. 5 |
