Do Amd Motherboards Require Video Card

I am an AMD fan and this budget card works great! Love it!

I had no problems with this card and at least if you are also not interested in overclocking it performs as expected for a RTX4090. I cannot comment on coil whine or fan noise because I am not using it in a quiet environment. The main advantages this model has over most other 4090 models are the reduced width (under 3 slots) and the new location of the 12VHPWR socket that should make it easier to manage the power cable and avoid getting issues from tight bends. I did not use the 12VHPWR to 8pin adapter that is included. The Gigabyte "anti sag" solution works well, but is might not be compatible with all motherboards and/or cover some connectors. I am using the card on a Asus ProArt x670e motherboard. The metal bracket makes one SSD slot hard to access, you have to install it before the GPU bracket. I did not use the motherboards SSD heatsink for other reasons and I am not sure if it would fit with the bracket. I also covers one case fan connector, but not a problem for me. If installed, the metal part of the anti-sag bracket also increases the space needed in the case lengthwise. It is longer than needed for this card. I am using a Fractal Design North case and the bracket sticks into area where the front fans are mounted. It's not a problem with the 3x120mm fan configuration that I am using but it might be an issue with the stock 2x140mm fans or with a front radiator (I have not tried this). The optical design of the card is relatively minimalistic, no RGB or other lights and not much "gamer design".

When these two piece of Items are paired together this is no stopping them Fantastic Graphics Card and the best of the best Motherboards ! ABSOLUTELY love the amount of Compatibility and the fact that it looks great too! I would honestly if was going to say anything "Bad" would say I wish that this Motherboard came in WHITE !! other than that AMAZING!! THANK YOU ASUS FOR ALWAYS BEING TOP NOTCH!!

Do Pelican's even require a review? This to me is the gold standard on how to fully commit to making a product and build a brand. You simply can't go wrong with a Pelican.

In my years of owning ASUS products ( 3 laptops, 4 motherboards, 3 RTX video cards, 1 THOR pwr supply and 1 ROG monitor) I have never had one problem with their products. Seeing other’s review I sometimes feel I have won the lottery with my success. Bottom line is I will stick with what I feel are solid products.

I only use ASUS motherboards when building new reg.

Asus is the only way to go for high end motherboards

Got this card as a replacement for the 6750xt. just didn't like the FSR quality on the AMD cards in games like wukong. now with this card, DLSS quality with ray tracing on still runs and looks better than anything ive had before. love this card, runs quiet, and looks great

Runs any game I choose at full graphics along with my AMD 6700 graphics card. I previously had the 3900X processor and it was the bottleneck in my system so I upgraded and now no bottleneck.
