Do Apple Wireless Keyboards Have Batteries

If you like the apple metal keyboards - this one is better.

This is my 2nd Apple wireless keyboard. Needed it for my other computer. Apple simply makes the best keyboards. Rock solid performance and once you've worked on one for a while, the others feel like you are walking on rocks.

I've been using a dinosaur Apple extended/corded keyboard for over eight years that started acting up. I'm not a huge fan of wireless products because I trust corded keyboards and mice much more than their wireless counterparts. I looked long and hard for another keyboard that matched the feel of my old Apple keyboard. There were some that looked great, but upon closer inspection they felt cheap or had a track record of premature failures. You would think someone in this day and age of technology could build a perfect keyboard, but the truth is most keyboards are compromised with poor design, inferior components or both. Nothing on the market compared to the feel of my old board with the exception of the Apple Magic Wireless extended keyboard. For me it feels like a well broken in pair of Levis 501 jeans. Comfortable. My older keyboard had a slight pitch in angle which some may find absolutely essential for comfort over long stretches of typing. After going through a few expensive Logitech wireless keyboards that require batteries (I'm really hard on them and type like I'm playing Mozart) I decided I still needed the quiet keyboard, which was wired, and the lightedKB was a bonus. It is quiet and I took mine home for midnight e-mails without turning on all the lights. I'm pleased and had work order one for me. Logitech makes the best KBs. The price of B&H was very competitive.

Much better than the old wireless keyboards. Good feel. Also like that it is rechargeable instead of AA batteries. Overall size is smaller than I thought it would be and hence easier to fit on the desk, even with the numeric keypad

This product is used for powering everything from wireless keyboards, flash units, transceivers, and flash lights to wireless keypads. In every case, the batteries perform better than their counterparts and for a longer amount of time. The amount of times they can be recharged is a huge plus, especially when so many batteries are being used all of the time.

I use this for regular typing as well, for the McBook Pro which connects additional Apple keyboards.

This is the best keyboard that I have ever owned. I highly recommend it. I just wish that you would make it in a wireless. I've tried some of your other wireless whisper quiet keyboards and have found this one to be the best.

Dump all your Apple keyboards!! This one is a dream to use. The key I hit is the letter that appears. No need for extensive edition, corrections, deleting and rewriting as is necessary with Apple keyboards. And B&H is a great company -- efficient, friendly, cooperative.
