Do Bose Headphones Support Aptx Low Latency
Mark | 2024-04-18 01:19:43 |
Better than my Bose QCIIs for audio and mates well with my A&K player in Aptx codec mode. Keeping the Bose QCs for the ANC, which is noticeably better than the MTW4s. But for auio quality, sense of air and bigger soundstage, better defined bass, and a lush and rich midrange, the Sennheisers are the ticket. The classic Bose loudness setting is thankfully not present. Taking phone calls is just fine on the Momentums. Very happy! And Saved $50 by buying at B&H. 5 |

I have been using these headphones for nearly three months now. They are excellent and work as advertised. I purchased these primarily for the noise cancelling and for calls and video conferencing working from home. They deliver. People are unaware I'm on a headset when I'm using them. Once they have been paired with a device, they connect to them automatically and quickly. I have a total of four devices paired with them and switching is seamless. I have only two minor issues with them: As others have reported: i have what I think are average sized ears but they touch the inner fabric of the cups regardless of how I adjust them. It's not a deal breaker, but it is annoying. Just a minor increase in depth would fix this. The other is with the lack of aptX and aptX Low Latency support. For me, this impacts the quality of my experience with Bluetooth transmitters connected from other devices such as my Sony television and Bluray player when watching and listening to movies or television programs. The latency delay is quite noticeable. I would like to appeal to Sony to include this Codec in a future firmware update. 5 |

I heard about these headphones and the promise of low latency for awhile, but it wasn't until Logic Pro for iPad came out that I wanted to find out if the hype was for real. Thankfully, the answer is yes. It's astounding to me how it is that I can tap the screen with a virtual instrument, or use a MIDI controller, even my wireless Xkey Air keyboard with Bluetooth LE, and be able to both play and record in real-time and wirelessly. To me, this is the holy grail, as far as mobile music production goes. I see myself using it in my hoe studio too when the need calls for it, but to me this is game-changing. At first, I was intimidated that the headphones arrived unassembled, which was a challenge for me due to vision issues. But I was able to put the pieces together, and I gotta say that this is really elegant. To me, it's worth every penny. 5 |

I have been a very satisfied owner of many Bose products for over 20 years. I even have an older pair of Bose Headphones that I love and still use regularly. When I was given the opportunity to test the new Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones I jumped at the opportunity. The New Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones are really sleek looking right in the box. They are a little heavier than my older Bose headphones but not so heavy that they weigh on you. The headphones adjust to your head, they glide smoothly. The padding on the ears is very comfortable and not overwhelming. The padding that sits on the top of your head is soft and does not feel heavy or bulky. The setup of the headphones was simple. Downloaded the Bose App on my phone and the headphones connect easily. The first song I played on the Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones was a rock song from the early 80's. It sounded amazing. I loved how the sound seemed to resonate in my head. One of the best features is how the music seems to follow you around when you move. Like you were actually seeing the band live in concert. The Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones are very good at canceling the outside noise while in use. Honestly, I would recommend these headphones to anyone who is looking to purchase new headphones. The Bose Quality, comfort, style, and sound of the Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones are worth the price. 5 |

As an engineer, I'm thoroughly impressed by the Bose Ultra Headphones. Their sleek, premium design and advanced technology make them a significant upgrade from previous Bose headphones. The headphones' aesthetic appeal is matched by their performance, justifying the price tag. Having owned both the QC 35 and 45 models, I can attest to the exponential growth in capabilities that the Ultras represent. The noise cancellation feature is a masterstroke, creating an immersive, soundproof experience that outshines any predecessor. This feature works exceptionally well in noisy offices and windy outdoor conditions, providing a focused work environment and maintaining superior performance. The sound quality is exceptional, with a perfect balance between heavy bass, midrange, and treble, delivering a rich, immersive soundstage that is a significant step up from earlier models. The Ultras truly showcase the evolution and innovation of Bose's headphone technology, making them a worthy investment. The Bose Ultra Headphones, with their superior performance and comfort, have now become my go-to daily audio gear. Their exceptional sound quality and noise cancellation features make them a perfect companion for both my professional and personal life, offering an unmatched auditory experience. Be it attending a conference call, immersing myself in music, or catching up on my favorite podcasts, these headphones consistently deliver top-notch performance. One aspect I've particularly come to enjoy is the intense vibrations they are capable of, adding a whole new dimension to my listening experience. They have indeed revolutionized my daily interaction with sound. 5 |
