Do Cheap Solar Eclipse Glasses Work

We, unfortunately, were clouded over for the recent eclipse, but the next time we had a sunny day we tried the glasses and are very happy with them. I had the cheap paper giveaway glasses for the last eclipse and wanted a better pair for us that we can wear during future eclipses. The Give away glasses were always slipping off but these Elipser HD Solar Glasses are like wearing conventional sunglasses so we did not have to keep adjusting them. We are very satisfied with these Solar Glasses.

03/19/2024 I bought my Eclipse HD Solar Glasses to watch the upcoming solar eclipse in Erie, PA. on April 8th. They look like good quality and well made glasses but haven't had a chance to use them yet.

I waited until the last minute to get Solar Eclipse Solar glasses, the evening before the solar eclipse, and by that time supplies were limited all over town. Then, I remembered that B&H would probably have excellent glasses available. I was right. I arrived at the store about an hour before closing time. The line was around the block -- everyone seemed to have the same idea as me! -- but it moved quickly and soon I was on my home. The next day, as the eclipse occurred, my partner and I had the best seats in the house, on one of the piers along the Hudson River, and we safely viewed and enjoyed the cosmic spectacle. Thank you, B&H, for coming to the rescue, and keeping our eyes safe!

American Paper Optics Eclipser HD Solar Glasses did me right by protecting my eyes and allowing me to view the 2024 total solar eclipse safely. The glasses are very well made and come with a protective microfiber bag. Ordering them though B&H was a great experience as usual. Going to donate these to a group in South America who are collecting glasses for a solar eclipse there later this year!

These glasses, cheap but efficient did a remarkable job of making it effortless to see the recent solar eclipse.

These bino's worked great during the eclipse, everyone wanted to use them instead of the cheap solar glasses. I plan on buying enough of these for the entire family in 2024 when the next eclipse rolls through. I've looked at the sun a few times with these and found out later what I thought was a small black spot was the space station moving past.

These solar eclipse glasses are very well made. I can wear them over my prescription glasses.
