Do Dell Inspiron Laptops Have Solid State Drives

I have used this to replace the hard drives on Mac and Dell laptops. It worked fine.

After purchasing a Dell Inspiron 13 5000-5379, I noticed the 8GB of installed memory was sometimes getting maxed out. Luckily, the computer has two slots and came with only one full, so adding another 8GB was an easy, cost effective solution: Shut down the computer, remove the small Phillips screws on the bottom, use a bone tool to unsnap the panel. Making sure you dont have a static charge with a wrist-strap or are grounded, slip the module into the empty slot. Voila! 16GB were shown after restart.  Now the computer runs quicker and has plenty of room to run multiple programs. Thank you B&H for a competitive deal and fast delivery.

Our Dell Inspiron 17 5767 laptop had a one T HD and booted/ran slow. I cloned the old drive onto the 860 EVO, opened the laptop and swapped the HD for the SSD. Now it runs faster. I only had one little screw left over after closing the case, success.

Bought to replace a 2013 Dell Inspiron All in One that had begun to struggle with Zoom calls with multiple apps open. I used the Module to upgrade a new Dell Inspiron desktop computer from 12 to 24 GB (had to remove a 4 GB module and replace it with the new one). I installed the module myself and had no problems doing this. The PC is noticeably faster with the expanded memory.
