Excellent overall camcorder. 10-bit color, lens that does almost everything. I love the macro on this thing, shockingly awesome and a huge asset in the field. Macro doesn’t go all the way at every zoom mm but it’s jaw-dropping where it does. Shadows a bit noisey but the interface and LANC are great. 5 |

422 10 bit color, robust codec options, 4k 120 with minimal crop, Active IBIS that works well enough for handheld even with cine lenses. virtually non-existent rolling shutter. And it doesn't overheat in standard shooting modes. I've been able to run this thing all day on external power and it is running it's paces as a studio camera without problem. I've even used it for a few photo shoots and have had decent results. Now that Photoshop has the super resolution tool - 12MP really isn't a handicap for this camera for photos. As an upgrade from the A7III, I'm enjoying being able to finally take advantage of SLOG3 and the added dynamic range. I've had this camera for a year now and have been very happy with it. This camera is a beast. Just bought my second one for a B Cam. 5 |
