I've worked on computers for years and have always been wary of static electricity. So far no issues but this makes working on a computer safe. I'm VERY pleased with this product. This is simple, easy to use but protects our expensive purchases!

As a computer forensics agent, static electricity is my enemy. I purchased 3 of these for each of my forensic computers. They work very well and I have not had any issues with static electricity since buying them. They are an inexpensive way of safeguarding machines worth tens of thousands of dollars, as well as the computers I have to examine. Well worth the purchase!

With advent of LED lighting source that does not require a lot of electricity and heavy duty stand, these are great for providing plenty of light efficiently and inexpensively. The manufacturer specifically states that the are not to be used with incandescent light source. The parts seems to be made from decent quality plastic and will probably hold up OK in the long run as long as you don't use it in a mobile setting.

I used mine for a month now I love it. I have a lot of static electricity in my trailer that every time I touch my old thermostat it was messing up the boards in it. Now I go to my phone and change the settings.

I have a lot of location shoots where electricity is not an option. These adapter plates easily attach to my LED light panels and now I can get location light with Sony NP-F batteries. This is a great product and, as long as they last, I'm in business.
