Do Law Firms Use Quickbooks Online

For my presentations to law firms and in trial these cases make a good first impression. I use two cases to house my projector and wireless equipment to run images, audio and video presentations. Much lighter that a popular alternative. Very strong, very secure way to transport.

Do not have problems so far. Use them for a year now.

This thing is so useful. Do not sniff at it. Worth 10 bucks, and for free with a purchase even better. Use it all the time.

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! Use for holding 2 large stands and 3 umbrellas works great. Do alot of location photography easy to carry. Highly recommmend. Wish list, could use pockets will buy another one.

Use MS drivers not those provided and this will be a great bluetooth adapter. The software provided is fraught with many problems. Do not load their software. It won't work properly and be limited in speed. Their tech support does not help any either if you have software difficulties. Use their SW at your own risk.

THE EXTENSION SET IS EASY TO USE, AND ALLOWED ME TO DO MANY CLOSE-UP SHOTS I HAD PROBLEMS WITH BEFORE. WELL WORTH THE MONEY.
