Do Portable Battery Chargers Come Charged

Very nice and portable, it charged the battery is about 1 1/2 hours.

Come on guys. It's LEE Filters! Do I need to say more? Everything is perfect, but the price kills me.

I need a 8-cell chargers to charge batteries for toys. This is one of the best 8-cell chargers. Each battery is charged individually, quickly and it prevents overcharging when it's done, making charging various combination of batteries convenient. It has battery re-conditioning, which is useful to maintain battery performance, though don't expect to save already degraded batteries. The fonts on the screen are a little too small. Otherwise, no complaints.

I always hate those chargers that don't really give you a sense of how charged your battery is. The LCD display tells you exactly what percentage of a charge your battery is at while it's charging. I LOVE that! Even if I'm curious how much life a battery has before popping it into the camera, I love being able to get an exact read without having to wait for a full charge to know for sure. I'm also perfectly satisfied with the speed at which they charge. It's also a lot more convenient than having to charge the battery in-camera, especially with multiple batteries. I highly recommend it.

Before getting this charger had a group of 2 or 4 battery chargers. Due to the nature of these ended with some batteries fully charged while others with 50% or less. Since the life of the set depends on the lower charged battery, I was getting less and less life. Once I got this charger, I was able to equalize the charge for each battery individually and restore the operating time of my flashes or cameras.. Love this charger.

This is the ultimate in battery chargers! It charged my already ok batteries in about 2 hours and I have numerous eneloops that are performing well below their stated rating. I used the conditioning function on the first batch of these which showed an initial capacity of around 200 mA and after about 12 hours of conditioning they were at 2000 mA!! As a photographer being able to charge 8 batteries simultaneously is fantastic.Well done Powerex and B & H for making such a remarkable product available at a great price.

The technology of this charger is much advanced compared to most conventional chargers that come with cameras. The display panel on this Nitecore charger allows you to monitor the charge status as well as the battery condition. Most chargers have a light that is orange when charging and green when charged, or green when charging and off when charged, or blinking when charging and off when charged, or some other unknown sequence. Every charger is different and if you have several different kinds it is usually a guess as to what the light scheme is. And you never know the status of charge until it is fully charged. My Fuji battery charger must be plugged into a conventional AC outlet. I wanted a portable charger with a USB connection that I can use in my auto. I had already bought a Nitecore for a Leica D-Lux7 battery that does not come with a charger (Leica wants you to charge it in camera, and at the time did not even make a charger for that particular battery). That one worked very well so I got this one for my Fuji cameras and am very pleased with it.

I loved the fact that this portable battery pack turns off on its own once whatever you’re charging is fully charged. Loved the texture and the built quality.

ordered this battery, it came already charged!

I only charged the battery once, but seemed to have no problems.
