Does 2.1 Samsung Soundbar Require Batteries

This is the second Vizio soundbar I have bought. First one was a 2.1. This one is the bomb!

Does the job we require.

Does not require batteries and sounds better than the rode video mic pro. What are you waiting for its only $70 shipped with tax.

Used as soundbar for our Samsung TV.

The D-Tap and the 2.5mm barrel plug are well built. I have many devices that require 2.5mm. Sometimes, you can also get away installing on a 2.1mm jack as an emergency if you don't have the 2.1mm version. I recommend getting both 2.1 and 2.5mm for versatility on set. I'm powering a Godox GM-55 with this cable which requires a 2.5mm plug. I also have pictures attached to this review. Works very well for me. This Polk Audio Signa S2 2.1- channel Soundbar has a very good sound with good frequency range on a budget. It sounds great with the Tiny Desk concert and viewing movies. I'd recommend for others to use in a small apartment.
