Does A Nest Thermostat Work Without Wifi

I changed from the Nest thermostat that I had for years because I was starting having issues with the thermostat from the WiFi ,to the schedule and Google moving everything to the Google Home app so I gave The Ecobee a try and I am glad I did it has working perfectly during the cold weather that we had. I was able to install it easily in 20 minutes even before the house got cold.

Love the NEST thermostat! Easy to install. Just follow the directions. Easy to connect to wifi. App works great and love the ability to connect to the Amazon ECHO. Let's you control the temperature using Alexa!

I have had nothing but good things to say about the nest thermostat and all the other products I have purchased.

The Nest learning thermostat looks good, but it seemed, on first sight, to be too simple to really work well. Other programmable thermostats have large screen faces, with lots of detail, so this simple looking one, with only the temperature showing, wasn’t expected to work as well. What I found out, was that you don’t need all that other stuff. This thermostat does everything well.

The Nest thermostat does all the work so you don’t have to. It learns within days and knows when you aren’t home to save you money by turning off heat to a pre determined temperature

These sensors work great. They do what they're supposed to and integrate with my Nest thermostat to provide accurate temperatures in each of the rooms I put them in, and make it easier to control the temperature in the room I need to most. Slightly overpriced for realistically a cool looking temperature sensor, but for its ease of use and seamless integration, I would purchase again.

I just love this thermostat. It looks great and is so easy to install, so intuitive to use both on the device itself and work the Nest App. The learning feature has already figured out when we like it at a certain temperature and I love the fact that it can (if you want it to) recognize when you aren't home and adjust the temperature to save you some money. Top marks!!

Had it for a couple weeks, replaced a nest thermostat when it died. Hookup was easy, no surprises in setup. My home assistant server found it immediately. The community contributions to the integration work well because ecobee doesn't lock down the device. It seems to just work.

This is the easiest thermostat to install and set up. Nest rocks!
