[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took these as my only sound device for a three week trip that included working out, urban, beach, and mountain (hiking) time. They held up for just about everything I could ask for and were very comfortable to boot. Audio quality is clear, and once I got a snug ear canal fit, I could really hear the full range of bass and treble. I stuck with the default ear tips. Noise cancellation is very good for earbuds - I estimate 60% of airplane noise was eliminated. Noise cancellation was not very effective when biking at high speeds or into the wind, but that is consistent with every other pair of NC earbuds I have used. Battery life was a little inconsistent but still satisfactory overall; I ate through a full charge on a 5 hour flight but then still had over 50% left on a subsequent 5 hour flight. Charging is the only area I have a minor quibble with. The buds' position in the charging case seems to be rather finicky. There were several times I placed them inside and one side didn't charge. As far as I can tell the charging light doesn't indicate whether one or both buds are charging. 5 |

Technics earbuds offer an impressive trifecta with great sound quality, effective noise cancellation, and commendable battery life. The rich audio experience ensures an immersive listening journey, while the noise cancellation feature enhances focus by blocking out ambient sounds. The extended battery life provides convenience for extended usage, making these earbuds a solid choice for audio enthusiasts on the go. 5 |

So many great things about these earbuds but my favorite has got to be the noise cancellation. Total focus can be achieved and all distractions blocked out. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the opportunity to use the new JBL Tune Flex earbuds for several weeks now, and without question these are the most comfortable earbuds I have ever worn. I know I should probably have started by talking about the sound quality first, and I will, but I don't want to understate how natural these earbuds feel when you're wearing them. They are extremely lightweight and perfectly designed to sit naturally in your ears. And after all, if the earbuds aren't comfortable you're not going to bother wearing them in the first place. But, about the sound quality… The sound quality is nothing short of spectacular. The highs and the mid-range sounds are clear and rich without being overly mellow or shrill. And the base, OMG, the base goes through you and almost knocks you out. I love being able to switch back easily between noise cancellation and being able to hear what's going on outside the earbuds. And what a powerful effect that is too. When you tap the earbud and engage noise canceling, you might as well be sitting in a sound booth. Almost nothing comes in from the outside. So, if you're wearing them while driving in your car, I would suggest not using noise cancellation, because it really works fantastically. If you listen to audiobooks, like I do you will really appreciate how realistic the sound is. The speaking voice is so natural and present it's almost like someone standing with you, reading to you. I find I usually get between 5 & 6 or so hours of continuous playing time. And when I'm wearing these earbuds, I wish I always had six hours or more to listen to my music and my books. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are elegant looking ear buds with active noise cancellation technology to provide full control of the ambient sounds. Each earbuds have 3 microphones and they are Bluetooth enabled for easy syncing with iPhone 13. The battery has 31 hours of life and earbuds can operate nonstop for 7 hours at a stretch. It also has Apple find my network option to locate the charging case. The can be adjusted with soundform iOS app which provide active noise cancellation and hear through mode of the earbuds with a button option on the app. The charging case is small and easy to carry during trips as well. 5 |

I am a Grado headphone addict. I need and demand the best sound production. I have never liked noise cancelling headphones. I considered them gimmicky. I own the Bose older 15’s. The sound was hollow and the noise cancellation technology hurst my ears. So I abandoned trying any others for four years. In anticipation of traveling, I overcame my reluctance with NC headphones after internet reviews, and sampled the new Bose 700 at their store. Overwhelming treble. Ouch! But better (not great) telephone call sound. Did not buy. Tried these from B & H. Wow! What makes these truly worth it: technology is subordinate to sound. Noise cancellation takes a back seat to sound production. I need the best sound. That’s why at home I listen with Grado cans. I refused to believe the overwhelmingly positive reviews of these Sonys until I tried them over two recent flights on a plane. The newest NC technology with Sony is a game changer. No ear pain! You can easily adjust the degree of noise cancellation with their iPhone app. You’ve got to see the options in that app. Customization of NC, sound equalizer and sound reference options! Now I know why Sony is cornering the NC headphone market. Terrific. Highly recommended. Don’t believe this review. Try it. 5 |
