Does Ergonomic Keyboard Help Neck

It is the only compact ergonomic keyboard that seems to be available, that is structurally sound (without bending).

I've been using the Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard (4000?) for years. I've found that I need to see the keys more often and thought the old keyboard quite large. While looking for low-vision keyboards I found this illuminated model. I thought I'd never adapt to or like a flat keyboard like this but I was so wrong. This is the best keyboard I've ever used. Easy strike, silent, and I can see the keys without bright room lighting -- even without my glasses! A full numbers layout, easy extra function keys, great configuration, easy setup, and a sophisticated appearance. Love it. Highly recommended for everyone at all skill levels.

This monitor seems much better than my original side by side. Much less neck strain and movement, seems more ergonomic and comfortable The arm quality is amazing and the stability and range of motion is excellent. I'm using this keyboard with Nuendo. The shortcuts are a great time saver. It's ergonomic. Highly recommend it.

It was quick and easy to install. It glides in and out nicely. My large, ergonomic keyboard does not fit well but I am making due. I'm not sure about the slide out mouse holder however I'm trying it out.

Exactly what I wanted from an ergonomic keyboard; compact, has the number keypad, and a good layout. Only downside is these are the squishy keys as opposed to the more tactile keys I like, but you can't have everything.
