I bought this C4 + which had a .270 dial and apparently this model does not come with a custom turret cert. #, so if you a apply for a free turret you might be told that this model does not qualify, which I felt was not appropriate as I did not see any notice on the website otherwise. However, Michele at tech. services remedied the situation by providing me with the appropriate information in obtaining my free custom dial. Thanks again, Michele.
