Do you need a Switch branded SD card for your Nintendo Switch? No. Does it give warm fuzzies that if something doesn't work you can call Nintendo or Sandisk and get support? Maybe. Is it a neat little design for an SD Card and does it work well with the switch? Yes indeed! First SD card that made me go out and buy a faster card reader after it took over an hour to migrate 64GB from old card to new. Would definitely recommend! 5 |

My daughter and her friend each have a Nintendo Switch. Each time they are in the car together on a long drive, they fight over who gets to charge their Switch. Now they can both charge them at the same time. The LED ring light is a great feature to see where to plug in the cables, and it is pretty low-profile for a charger with such a high output. Bought this for my Nintendo Switch and works perfectly. It's fast enough for loading games I stored on it and haven't noticed any slow performance. Just let the Switch format it and away I went. It is true that you will see bout 366GB useable after formatting it on the Switch but that's expected and not a fault of the card but the way formatting works and it's the same with other types of cards also. I've always used SanDisk SD cards in my cameras and other devices with no issues so highly recommend this card. 5 |
