This is a review for the Epson RapidReceipt RR-400W Wireless scanner that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. As someone who has a house full of shopaholics its been a struggle keeping track of paper receipts, so I was eager to put this scanner to the test. Unboxing and setup were relatively quick and easy. It did take 20-30 minutes to get up and running and software downloads, registration and updates took some time before the scanner was ready to go. The scanner’s performance is where it truly shines. With its impressive scanning speed and accuracy, it effortlessly handles a variety of receipt sizes and types. The ability to scan both single and double-sided documents in one pass is a time-saving feature that sets it apart from competitors. After scanning multiple documents, including receipts, biz cards and large documents I only had one misfeed which was quickly resolved. Had to purchase this ink cartridge for the school printer as a Donation. Works great, you can print quiet a few images before you run out and have to replace the cartridge. This is also the only website that I was able to find it for cheaper. So yeah I'm all about saving $.

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! Tested upon receipt and it properly fit the connector on our Canon R5s. Just a few shots to verify camera operation. All Good

This product is required to manage the Sigma lens - I have only used it once, upon initial receipt of the product to update the lens firmware and it worked just as expected.

I shoot black and white film and process in pryo so the best and only film that works with my chemistry receipt is Kodak tr-X film. I have tried all th eother recommended film non works as well with Pryo PMK solution than Tri-X
