I feel more secure when i am away from home, I am able to monitor my door anywhere i want. Highly recommended.

Guys..I was waiting for Nest Hello doorbell for a long time. I had installed Ring video door Bell twice on my front door but had to return it as it was not consistent and would go offline. Finally, I purchased Nest Hello on the 3rd day after it was launched in Canada. I installed it myself in about half an hour. Extremely happy as it is working consistently. Video quality is good night or day. You can monitor your home from anywhere and can talk to the person in real time. The only thing I want nest to improve is lag in alerts of 10 to 30 seconds. I recommend this to all. It is a must have for every household. I also bought google home which announces names of visitors.

I own a three story townhome and have missed multiple people at the door due to not hearing my bell in the past.. now with nest hello it rings on all my Google home devices and my phone..and I can let the person know I'm on my way. Also let's me know when deliveries arrive when I'm not at home.. and to keep an eye on my front yard. I love this little device

Very easy to install and connect, so great to get notifications when I'm home or I'm gone when a door is open.

I have one for each of my cameras. Would never leave home without one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good! I really like this lock because it replaces our dead bolt and key. It allows us to feel more secure in our own home. Plus, it has a camera on it so I can view whoever is at my door. It’s also compatible with our other security door locks which is nice. I’m not sure of its battery life yet as we just set it up. However, I have a feeling this lock set is going to be a new great (and easy) edition to our home.

The door bell is everything I expected, I have never had issues with it and love the interaction with google home and the alerts every time someone comes to my door. I would recommend it for peace of mind and security.

Installation was very simple and the video quality is very clean. I'm able to see who is at my door. When I don't want to answer the door or if I'm not at home I'm able to use the talk feature. I have always been wary of adding more technology to my home out of concern for my privacy, but this system is private and secure. All videos are stored in your home (not the cloud) and can be deleted by you at any time. Setup was fairly easy. The directions aren't very detailed but getting started is pretty straightforward. I love that the device serves as a doorbell, an intercom, and a camera. I can do a live view to see what is happening at my door, even when I am not home. I can also review videos to see what happened during the day. The night-vision is pretty good and I like that it lights up at night when someone approaches. There are so many settings including package detection and reminders, ignoring non-human movement, automatically alerting you and responding if someone is loitering outside your door, and ignoring certain areas so the device is not triggered by cars driving by. The options are endless, perfect for the differing needs of different homes. I was also worried about it needing to be connected to the internet since my internet is sometimes spotty but it hasn't overloaded my internet or caused outages. Overall, I am pleasantly surprised by how this doorbell strikes the perfect balance of ensuring privacy while providing numerous options for security!
