I have a Red Scarlet-W that's about 11 lbs kitted out. This is a fantastic tripod that handles the weight, is stable and is fast to adjust between setups. I just shot in a snowy, dense forest, simulating a snowball fight. It's excellent on unlevel ground. I could put my camera anywhere in the forest with a quick adjustment of the legs and not worry about the camera falling. It's fast to level and it speeds things up, especially if you are a one-man camera operator. This system lets you flatten the tripod to the ground. That saves carting extra gear for those shots. It's pricy but well worth the investment.

This rain coat really works and help keeping salt water and spray from the ocean when I am filming or videoing surfing contest or just taking it out on a raining stroll in the forest outback in Sonora forest .Now those that said on here on the (REVIEWS) that this cover will work on the full length of my Nikon 400mm f2.8 G VR AF-S with camera is WRONG, it will only fit to the camera and not the FULL length of the system together. It will only go to the front of the camera without sliding the front cover back to the camera itself. So buyers be aware that this (LRG) Sleeve only covers the Nikon 400mm f2.8 G VR AF-S and it will not fit the Nikon 600mm f4.0 G VR AF-S, as the 600mm is a lot larger than the 400mm f2.8 G VR.

I needed a release for my camera to do photography in the dark forest. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a piece of equipment that I only use occasionally. This release does the job perfectly and is simple to use. It does the job.
