My doorbell transformer burned out when I put in the ring doorbell pro. Ring needs to include the proper transformer with the doorbell. It was easy plug/play. 5 |

I purchased this doorbell to replace a Ring video doorbell pro which only lasted a few years. The Ring always had an issue with slow notifications and sometimes had significant video hesitation. The Lorex doorbell sends notifications within a few seconds and rarely has any video hesitation. 5 |
