I merely checked voltage, discharge rate, and mah for the battery in the older Gossen flash/ambient meter, and found that the Exell battery A220/504A matched. A square tubular sleeve of cardstock, no tape required, positions the battery properly in the meter. Remember to remove battery when the meter is not in use, however, for remember- it is still an alkaline battery, and those beasts tend to be subject to leakage, especially the stuff from Duracell, in my experience. 5 |

NOT ONLY does the Watson re-charge the batteries, but it also shows you how close each battery is to Full Charge. One can also discharge the batts in order to perform, what some say is, a more complete re-charge. Soon, I will buy another. 5 |

After 4 years, thousands of photos and hundreds of charge - discharge cycles my original NB-13L battery was declining in capacity and needed replaced. Maybe I could have saved by buying a 3rd party battery but I figured the premium price over 4 years comes to about $5 per year and I can afford that for the premium Canon brand. 5 |
