Double Micro Usb Cable Hard Drive

Used to connect a Hard Drive to a Samsung GSII. Lenth of the micro usb end is long enough to fit as most other cables ends are to short and do not fit properly. Nothing bad at all about this cable B&H got it to me very fast I was quite impressed with the shipping speed.

I recently purchased a laptop with2 USB-A port and one USB-C port. My external hard drive has a USB Micro-USB 3.2 port so this cable allows me to attach my drive to the laptop at the USB-C port Otherwise, I would need to use both USB-A ports and be SOL for attaching my mouse dongle.

I use the case to hold a small USB Hard Drive. It holds the drive and cable quite nicely. And, the case protected my drive from damage when it was dropped several feet when my backpack broke. So, it already has done it's job once, and should continue being used for quite a while.

This cable has given new life to my workflow with some of my older hard drives. I have a lot of external hard drives that are older and use Micro-B ports to connect. This has been a pain in the neck to connect to my laptop that only has USB-C ports or to my desktop USB-C hub. This cable makes it so easy and gives great transfer speeds. It worked flawlessly right out of the package. Plugged one end to my hard drive and the other to my PC's Xcellon USB-C hub and the drive was recognized and worked immediately. It is so much easier and convenient having this cable. It is my go-to cable now for any peripheral that uses a USB Micro-B connection. I also love the flexibility that it works with Thunderbolt 3 and 4 ports, that's nice. The build quality is also very good. This is a well-constructed cable that feels high quality. The materials feel good and strong yet still flexible. It feels like a very expensive and well-made cable, and the connectors feel like good quality too. The connections seemed secure and fit well. I think this cable will last a long time. Overall, I'm very impressed with this cable and know it improved my workflow, which is both helpful and appreciated. Great drive , 18 cable Pearstone USB 3.0 Type-A Male to Micro Type-B Male Cable (3')

It's a cable for my hard drive. It does as advertises.

I had wanted to use the cable sold by The crucial website. It wasn't available, so I used B&H Photo. The USB port to SATA cable worked fine. I will use this Cable in the future. I removed the original hard drive, and replaced it with a cloned SSD drive. I now have a 500gb hard drive that I will use for backing up data on the computer with this cable.

This cable is super simple to use and provides a great way to connect a failing hard drive via USB to another computer to salvage the data. Just plug it in and it works.

I have tested this SATA to USB cable using several different SATA disks including regular 2.5" spinning disks and 2.5" SSD disks. The cable comes in zip lock bag with a little instruction book. The cable is very strong feeling and has a good amount of flex. The cable is long enough that I can connect it to a USB port on the bottom of my normal size PC tower and have the other end with the drive sit on top of the tower. The SATA end of the cable has 4 tiny pin holes in it which on close inspections with a drive connected, one of them has an LED in it. The LED stays lit to indicate that it is working and then flashes for disk activity. When connected, the computer detected the cable and attached drive very quickly. Transferring data to the drive was very quick and consistent in speed throughout the process. I have confirmed that this cable only works with 2.5" drives as the product describes. I guess USB just doesn't have enough power for full size 3.5" drives, which isn't a flaw of the product but larger hard drives. Great simple cable to get data from 2.5" drives.
