Double Track Sliding Channel Fitting

I bought this pair to replace a another block (different brand) that wasn't quite compatible with a sliding fitting (SmallRig brand). The rods are on 60mm centers. The original block was just slightly under that dimension, just enough for the sliding block to bind at the end of travel. These are well made and nicely finished. I'd buy them again.

Great feel produced by the pendular design — much better than other sliding track pedals. Great precision and response.

I don't have enough ceiling height, so this wall plate does the trick for me. I have it in a sliding track in the ceiling so I can move it left to right as needed.

I produce YouTube videos for a schoolteacher and moving from her cell phone to a hybrid camera improved the video but not the audio so much. Looking for an economical audio solution I purchased the TASCAM DR-60DmkII and coupled it with a TAKSTAR SGC-598 Microphone. The result has been incredibly good, I now get a clean audio track to take into DaVinci Resolve. Pros: (the ones that affect me) * Built in hi-pass filter and limiter * Accommodates three types of input connectors * Can be tripod mounted or stand alone * Three outputs, high, low and headphones * Up to 32gb sd card * Dual mono channel record with one channel 8db lower (this has saved me more than once) * Setting for rechargeable batteries Cons: * Only one for me, the menu system is old school and takes a bit to get used to. I would recommend this recorder to anyone looking to improve the quality of their native audio track and boost the overall quality of their videos. I now find myself mounting the mike on the unit and going out to collect ambient sounds to enhance my videos even further. I am happy with this unit.

The OpenMove headphones replaced a pair of Titanium headphones with a channel that stopped working. I use bone-conduction headphones during walks, as they allow traffic noise to be heard. The OpenMove are light, comfortable, and have good sound quality for podcasts. Double-clicking for the next track and triple-clicking for the previous track are nice features that the Titanium lacked. That said, the multifunction button on the Titanium was larger and easier to press.

I am using this for “moto-vlogging” for my motorcycle YouTube channel and the sound is amazing as compared to running it straight into the GoPro with its media mod. So far I have not tested the microphone it comes with as I have a Rode Lavalier Go already attached to my helmet. My akrapovic exhaust is very loud on my Yamaha MT07, so with the gain set to low and using the backup track feature set to -12dB it captures clean audio without clipping which is essential for rides I cannot redo. Combine this with 24 bit audio and there’s enough leeway to EQ wind noise as well. The backup safety track kind of negates the need for 32 bit float for my particular scenario which saved me the extra money over the DR-10L Pro. Great product from Tascam.
