the box states it is plug and play with windows 10 but i had to download the drivers. other than that works great and it has the brackets for low profile installs. it has multiple network speeds including the now popular 2.5 gb 5 |

I usually lug around a laptop computer when in NY to download and work on photos and needed a comfortable strap replacement. This strap was so comfortable I went back to B&H and bought another one before my return to FL. These straps are the best. The high density foam evenly distributed the weight over my shoulder, what a bonus! Highly recommended and I'll buy another one just for a secondary back up for whatever other cases I may be carrying. Well worth the price! All the words below describe this gem perfectly! 5 |

I already had the VLC media player ap installed on my windows 10 laptop, so when I plugged this into my USB port straight from the box, it was recognized and functioned immediately. If your computer doesn't have a driver, Transcend provides one free, but you must download one in order to use external drives--perhaps that's why some users claim their player wouldn't work? 5 |
