I usually lug around a laptop computer when in NY to download and work on photos and needed a comfortable strap replacement. This strap was so comfortable I went back to B&H and bought another one before my return to FL. These straps are the best. The high density foam evenly distributed the weight over my shoulder, what a bonus! Some of the apps will not download it keeps telling me that I need a Facebook and or Meta account which I have.

I'm so glad I bought this player for my mother! My goal was to get her on the Netflix bandwagon, which the player certainly did, though she's really wild about all the other apps it comes with like iHeart and YouTube, just to name a few. The real treat is the accessibility features. We were able to increase the size of the text for all of the player's menu options, as well as the text size within the menus of the apps. We also enabled voice, which spoke the menu options within the player and the apps. My mother has a retina disease and cannot read text without a magnifying glass, so her being able to sit on her couch and flip through the menus using the voice feature brought her joy beyond measure. I haven't seen her smile like this in a while and it makes me so happy. I hope to purchase one of these players for myself soon, and I'll definitely purchase from B&H because of the price, ease of ordering and quick shipping. Thanks y'all!

It was really nice to get a free year trial when I bought my gaming laptop. Currently only have it on the computer and my iPad. It's nice being able to use it on multiple devices!
