I could not upgrade the firmware from Godox through my windows 10. So after a computer professional looked over the situation said that Windows 10 would not recognize the upgrade due to the time Godox wrote the firmware upgrade. He used Windows 7 and the firmware upgrade worked.

the box states it is plug and play with windows 10 but i had to download the drivers. other than that works great and it has the brackets for low profile installs. it has multiple network speeds including the now popular 2.5 gb

What I like the most about this color printer is how cheap is the ink for the printer. with only ~$10-20 investments in the ink, I can print up to thousand of pages which is so amazing. With the usual cartridge printer, this would be an unrealistic dream! other than this, this is an all-in-one machine, with a great high-quality scanner, copier, and printer and more importantly, It is a WIFI printer. I can print directly from my iPhone and cloud printing or using a WIFI printer on windows 10. Epson also has an iPhone app and windows scanner software which is so handy, although needs a bit of improvement in the apps. I can also add multiple devices to the app which helps with managing multiple devices at once. As I attached the pictures of the printer specification, I can print at the high quality of 4800 dpi and scan at 1200 dpi which is way more than enough for a home printer. I usually lug around a laptop computer when in NY to download and work on photos and needed a comfortable strap replacement. This strap was so comfortable I went back to B&H and bought another one before my return to FL. These straps are the best. The high density foam evenly distributed the weight over my shoulder, what a bonus!
