[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Connections are solid either you use bluetooth or wireless, not much difference noted since bluetooth is 5.2. Just wish the driver will be crispier but for 40mm driver, soundstage overall is adequate. Detachable microphone is a plus. Battery lasts for a good week with everyday 3 hours of continous using. Surround sound is ok not wow compare to other available headset on the market. Seemless connection with computer, xbox and even with phones. No connectivity issues. Good gaming headset you can get for the money.

Works as advertized. Just plug it in, download the driver, and that's it.

You need to download a newer driver than what is on the CD because there is a Linux kernel update.

I had to purchase a bluetooth adapter to make it work. I'd like some instructions on working the wireless control ! The sound is very good.

Was gifted a Poly wireless headset. But needed the Bluetooth adapter for it to work with my work computer. I had to disable the computer Bluetooth but after that this little adapter can reach around my whole house. I have even answered calls from my kitchen while cooking lunch. These are a fantastic Bluetooth headset for someone on the go. They shut out all other sound very well with the silicon ear tips. The battery life is so long I haven't run them down yet. They sit securely without any need for the wings that are included. And they are small enough to actually hide in your collar if you don't want to look like a complete tool, unlike an LG headset. The only downsides are the carrying case is utterly useless and some of the time when moving around you'll get noise through the wire from the headset moving around against your collar.

Easy to install, download driver, install, and use ... after purchase 15 minutes to get up and running

I installed in my PC and load the driver with the supplied disk, restarted the PC and my network was working fine at 10Gb speed as I tested with the video server. Connected to the internet and it was working fine until I upload the video. I found that upload speed is only 2Mb/sec. I called the ASUS support and they redirected me to download a new driver. After installing the new driver the upload and download speed working fine. I like the phone support which many other suppliers don't have. This is an awesome card at this price and human online support!!
