Better sound than $200+ headphones! I was torn between Beats by Dre Solo, a pair of Sennheisers, Bose, or Koss portapro. Having listened to all except,the portapro, I choose the portapro's. I will be sticking with these headphones for life! Every sound produced is amazing, and the bass response is way above other phones! Buy them, more than worth it! This product ATH-M50 White has really impressed me in many ways. It is very comfortable, meaning you can monitor or listen for hours. Great for Studios/Monitoring. It has great bass, I'll explain the Lows, Mids and Highs below: Highs: Very crisp/natural Mids: Perfectly balanced Lows: Great bass, not too much not too low. Bass is only there is bass is present in the track you're listening to. I got an ear infection/swimmers ear from using the ear buds (Dre beats,skulls,Bose) I would have them in for hours listening to podcasts and music. I bought these at the airport and haven’t had an issue. What a difference ?! My ears thank you
